Tanya has a vision. Abiding Acres Farm is that heavenly vision, and what a beautiful vision it is! When you step into the shop a serene sense of peace greets you at the door. Every piece in the shop is carefully curated to form a wonderfully cozy tapestry of “needful” things. I have purchased many items from this wonderfully creative space. I work in the world of special education in the public school system, so Tanya’s vision is near and dear to my heart and soul. From wonderful products like beautifully beaded plant stakes that her son crafts, to candles that produce a lovely ambiance of peacefulness in my home, colorful puzzles with bucolic scenes, solid rocks with scripture verses, to products made by companies with an important mission. Tanya also has an important mission and vision. A vision and mission that includes a well-thought-out employment model for people with Autism and other disabilities. I have watched Tanya persevere through many trials, tribulations, triumphs and transformations while on her journey to realize this vision for her and her son. This business model is her invaluable gift to the world. We need more people like Tanya willing to give their all to better their society and communities. I cannot think of another business I would more willingly support than Abiding Acres Farm.

I have been able to share some of the items from Abiding Acres Farm with family and coworkers and they LOVED the items but more than that the meaning behind Abiding Acres Farm’s mission.
One time I was able to share a few items at a Senior Center to win during Bingo - the seniors were so delighted over the items that you would have thought it was Christmas morning and a child just go their most wanted present!
Supporting small businesses is a passion of mine but the mission behind Abiding Acres makes it even more meaningful!

Abiding Acres Farm has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Tanya is always so sweet and kind. I have enjoyed the soaps and candles that she and Tyler make/sell.(And look forward to buying more) It's a great place to buy small gifts for Christmas and Birthdays. This Christmas I bought two of the most beautiful classic books for my nieces, and they loved them! I enjoy being able to bless others with gifts that support a business with such a beautiful mission!

I love gift shopping at Abiding Acres, and especially the wonderfully scented candles (which do not give us headaches like so many other candles do)! My daughters love them! The beaded garden stakes, made by Tyler, have been lovely hostess gifts and children's books for the grand kids have been a blessing. I always enjoy chatting with Tanya and shopping local is a big plus! Looking forward to more!

I absolutely love the candles from Abiding Acres! I have the lovely lavender-vanilla candle burning right now and I think that is my favorite so far but I've enjoyed them all! It's wonderful to purchase something I enjoy so much and simultaneously support a bigger mission.
